As a Patient Transfer Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthcare team by ensuring accurate data entry into various systems, including Transfer database, IDX, Teletracking, Sunrise, and Allscripts Care Manager.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have high school graduation or equivalent experience, with post-high school coursework preferred. Basic Life Support certification is optional, but a Medical Interpreter course is encouraged.
