Compensation Range: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Support Analyst is tasked with providing assistance via phone, email, and support queues for our restaurant locations facing various technical challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the IT support intermediary among Corporate, POS Vendors, and Restaurant locations.
  • Deliver remote assistance for POS systems and infrastructure, including training, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analysis while providing POS support for restaurant systems.
  • Offer comprehensive desktop support services for XRG office personnel, addressing hardware, software, and mobile device needs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for office staff.
  • Assist with the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of office equipment as necessary.
  • Enhance and maintain documentation to aid in problem resolution.
  • Diagnose and rectify hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows and Mac.
  • Configure and set up equipment for new hires.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to restaurant hardware and software.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Customer service orientation is essential, as you will be a primary IT contact.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required.
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems and hardware is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant or multi-unit food and beverage environment is a plus.
  • Ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
