Compensation Range: $22.00-$23.00 /per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Support Analyst is tasked with providing assistance via phone, email, and support queues for our restaurants facing various technical challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the IT support intermediary between Corporate, POS Vendors, and Restaurants.
  • Deliver remote assistance for POS systems and infrastructure, including training, configuration, monitoring, and customization.
  • Engage in root cause and trend analysis while providing support for restaurant systems.
  • Offer comprehensive Desktop Support Services for XRG office personnel (hardware, software, and mobile devices).
  • Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting for XRG office staff.
  • Assist with the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of equipment as needed.
  • Create and enhance documentation to facilitate problem analysis and resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows and Mac.
  • Configure and deploy equipment for new hires.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to restaurant hardware and software.
  • Address additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire for personal growth.
  • Customer service orientation is essential, as you will be a primary IT contact.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required.
  • Experience with Point of Sale Systems/Hardware is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Background in a high-volume restaurant or multi-unit food and beverage environment is a plus.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • High energy and an outgoing personality.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
