Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Support managers and employees through various tasks related to organization and communication
  • Manage confidential and time-sensitive material
  • Effectively communicate via phone and email to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and bookings
  • Maintain contact lists and develop a filing system
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Order office supplies and book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors and handle multiple projects
  • Ensure operation of equipment and maintain supplies inventory
  • Contribute to team effort by assisting all team members when needed
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • College Degree
  • Notary or ability and willingness to become one
