Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Analyst to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral therapies to children with autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of Program Managers and Interventionists, ensuring they meet minimum billable hours and deliver high-quality services.
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and VB-MAPP, to develop and evaluate individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
  • Supervise and complete documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBT's, BCaBA's, and BCBA candidates.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based interventions.
  • Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
