  • Project future enrollment trends based on yearly graduation rates.
  • Manage inventory for supplies, educational materials, and staff recognition items.
  • Maintain vendor partnerships, coordinating maintenance and technology support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Center Director to facilitate team meetings, sharing vital information and establishing goals.

Community Engagement:
  • Implement marketing initiatives within the center and engage in local outreach activities.
  • Utilize social media platforms to foster parent engagement and retention.
  • Guide prospective families through the enrollment process, including tours and follow-ups.
  • Conduct informative tours, showcasing the center's unique features and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of local childcare options.
  • Manage the lead tracking system and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Oversee the registration process and ensure the integrity of family and employee records.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding billing and center updates.
  • Develop and manage a budget for family engagement activities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented sales environment.
  • Experience in a childcare setting for a minimum of 1+ years.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
