We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through order processing, phone support, and return management.

This is a part-time position, requiring 20-40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues
  • Manage returns and exchanges, resolving customer concerns and issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Beading and/or crafting background is a plus
  • Successful completion of background checks and other pre-employment screenings
