As a Customer Service Representative at Public Storage, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their storage needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Sell packing and moving supplies to customers
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
  • Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when necessary
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments
  • Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds
