Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Taqueria Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oliver's Market.

This is a regular full-time position that requires complete open availability, including weekends.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare made-to-order taqueria menu items, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Taqueria standards to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas, and floors to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Operate equipment, such as grills and fryers, to prepare menu items.
  • Manage waste and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Conversational English skills required when working with customers.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred.
