Job Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates with Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, or Hospitality experience to work Part-Time. As a Customer Service Representative, you will create and generate a rewarding and unique customer service experience, listening, helping, and connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide quality customer service.
  • Seamlessly process all transactions, following company policies and procedures, and protecting customer information.
  • Work as a team to meet and exceed daily goals in lending activities.
  • Assist with community outreach and marketing events, including passing out flyers and educating the community.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as collecting trash, sweeping or vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning windows.
  • Be a role model for Oportun's Core Values: On a Mission, As One, to Make it Better.
Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Must be outgoing and love sales.
  • Must love to help customers.
  • Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule based on store needs.

Our hourly rates are determined by role, location, and experience. The hourly range displayed on each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum for new hire rates for this position, specific to the location of this job posting.
