We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our downtown Savannah restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service standards, sequence of service, and ensuring seamless execution across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality service, operational knowledge, and the ability to multitask, lead by example, and integrate the FOH and BOH teams. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and nurturing a successful team and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of guests within the venue, oversee reservations, and maintain outstanding venue conditions and standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, proactive guest query resolution, and effective complaint management.
  • Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand customer traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • Manage sales and set targets to ensure wage costs and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure service goals are met and constant improvement is prioritized.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong focus on food and beverage service, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work days, weekends, holidays, and nights.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
