* Conduct daily operations and audit delivery performance to achieve company goals.
* Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely equipment pick-up and delivery.
* Monitor yard inventory aging and in-transit aging to improve outbound operations.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and provide guidance to outbound staff.
* Process management of outbound shipment releases to carriers.
* Coordinate cargo shipment (Load-Out) and manage dedicated truck carrier utilization.
* Ensure team members are following established SOPs.
* Prepare business plans, analysis, and forecast reports.
* Assist in building pricing structures and market pricing analysis.
* Maintain accurate TMS shipment release data and ensure timely POD audits.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 6-9 years of Logistics, Supply Chain experience required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills required.
* Proficient PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems.
