Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, environmental, and safety systems.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, conducting regular meetings to address facility issues and communicate results.
  • Manage and coach staff, as well as service providers, to deliver excellent service levels within budget.
  • Research and implement new processes and technologies, providing formal presentations to clients.
  • Understand and manage capital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of basic management experience.
  • 5 years of basic functional experience.
  • OSHA-30 Certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
