Key Responsibilities- Project management of client work and the client team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Act as the lead consultant overseeing and serving as the main day-to-day contact for a dedicated jumbo employer client.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and other team members to identify client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct analysis, draft reports and presentations, and coordinate with clients on executive-level reports and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings, provide regular onsite client support, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- 8+ years of experience in Health and Benefits, with a strong background in HR consulting or professional services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans.
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
