Work Schedule:

  • This role operates on a 1st shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Maintain inventory levels at workstations.
  • Conduct quality inspections, identifying and documenting product defects.
  • Rework and repair assembled products in accordance with engineering specifications.
  • Adhere to quality standards and safety protocols throughout all tasks.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Lift items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Work primarily in a standing position for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Follow established procedures and seek guidance for new assignments.
  • Apply basic skills and company policies to complete tasks effectively.
  • Recognize the need for judgment in semi-routine tasks.
Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma or GED.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
