Job Summary

The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the culinary and event operations teams at Aramark. This position is responsible for producing weekly schedules, making staffing adjustments, and communicating those changes to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement weekly schedules for culinary, concessions, and premium staff to meet business needs
  • Provide guidance and direction to employees and managers on staffing-related issues
  • Utilize event templates, call lists, and call logs to schedule staff for events
  • Track attendance policy violations and maintain accurate records
  • Report work-related injuries and assist with modified duty assignments
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and period-end reports
  • Maintain proactive communication with all levels of staff and management
Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
