Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator serves as a strategic partner to the culinary and event operation, responsible for producing weekly schedules, making staffing adjustments, and communicating those adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance and direction to employees and managers on issues related to staffing
  • Inputs weekly work schedule for culinary, concessions, and premium, ensuring adequate coverage to meet the business needs
  • Utilizes an event template, call list, and call log to schedule staff to work prior to, during, and after events
  • Tracks all attendance policy violations, maintains tracking of attendance points, and generates appropriate communication to management
  • Maintains proactive communication with all levels of staff and management

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
