The Staffing Coordinator serves as a strategic partner to the culinary and event operation, providing administrative support and ensuring adequate staffing to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Produces weekly schedules and makes staffing adjustments as needed
- Communicates staffing changes to employees and managers
- Provides guidance and direction to employees and managers on staffing-related issues
- Inputs weekly work schedule and ensures adequate coverage
- Tracks attendance policy violations and maintains tracking of attendance points
- Schedules staff to work in ABI and aids in event check-in
- Maintains phone and email logs of communication with employees and managers
- Reports work-related injuries and assists with assignment of modified duty
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and period-end reports
- Maintains proactive communication with all levels of staff and management
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
