The Shift Manager of Environmental Services at Resorts World Catskills oversees all aspects of the public area, including cleanliness and maintenance during the shift. This includes the hotel, restaurants, casino, meeting spaces, parking spaces, and all other outside public areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and manage a team of Public Area Attendants to ensure exceptional cleanliness and maintenance standards

• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of the property

• Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company initiatives

**Requirements**

• 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume property

• Previous experience in a five-star facility preferred

• Previous experience in a resort casino environment preferred

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission

• Knowledge of different fabrics and their maintenance

• Knowledge of different building materials and their maintenance
