Job Title: EVS Supervisor

About the Role:

The EVS Supervisor is a key member of our housekeeping team at Ocean Casino Resort, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our public and employee areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of EVS attendants, porters, and heavy porters to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure the safety of team members when handling chemicals and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the necessary supplies, equipment, and tools for EVS tasks.
  • Accountable for all equipment assigned to their area.
  • Handle guest and maintenance requests, following up to ensure completion.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in EVS or housekeeping in a high-volume resort.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
