We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team at Confluent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of growing Regional System Integrators (RSIs) and developing successful Confluent practices that leverage their regional, industry, and technology integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, co-sell, and drive field marketing activities to support the growth of our RSI partners.
  • Develop relationships with partner sales teams and executives, especially the Data & AI teams, to deliver demonstrable value to partners.
  • Onboard new RSI partners and help develop them to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive net new partner-sourced opportunities quarterly and facilitate co-selling opportunities, account mapping, and other sales engagements between Confluent's field sales and the partner sales teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience in partner sales, business development, and/or partner development.
  • Passion for sales and the desire to grow and excel.
  • Proven success in building ambitious, compelling business plans.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior executives.
