Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a people strategy that supports business growth and objectives
- Lead the HR function, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee experience and engagement
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to support the organization
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
