Compensation:
$28.04 per hour

Job Level:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations, assessments, and resolutions of insurance claims related to vehicle damage.

Evaluate the worth of claims and negotiate settlements within designated authority limits, adhering to established protocols and legal requirements.

Responsibilities may include participation in catastrophe response teams and managing auto loss claims during significant events.


As part of the hiring process, a Credit Bureau Report, Motor Vehicle Report, and Criminal Background Check may be conducted on final candidates.


Qualifications:
  • Strong investigative, analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to perform comprehensive physical and visual inspections of vehicles
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and pursue multi-state licensing
  • Proficient in technology usage
  • Effective time management skills to adhere to schedules and deadlines
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Advanced understanding of vehicle repair processes is preferred
  • Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
