As a seasoned Auto Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive estimates of damages for complex 1st and 3rd party material damage claims, ensuring proper disposition and adherence to regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit mastery of estimating fundamentals to create accurate estimates of damages for complex losses of all severities.
  • Apply mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by National General, assisting leadership in formal and ad hoc training.
  • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in complex files.
  • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in auto estimating or a related field.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required.
  • Functional Skills: Possess knowledge of estimatics software (Mitchell/CCC/Audatex, etc.), advanced interpersonal skills, and ability to operate electronic devices.
