Job Overview

Amouret Fine Jewelry LLC is seeking a skilled Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Luxury Jewelry Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry to clients across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-touch, luxury service to customers through various channels.
  • Provide expert advice on diamond selection, gemstone care, and fine jewelry maintenance.
  • Assist with custom orders and offer personalized service tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Handle complex customer service challenges with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or call centers.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; GIA certification or willingness to pursue it is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Luxury goods experience or fine jewelry knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating CRM software.
