Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ASK Consulting. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to enterprise software and hardware.
  • Assess, triage, and research incidents and requests to provide effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide guidance and support.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to apply knowledge to support existing systems.
