Strategic Account Growth Manager

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team in Clinton, CT.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
- A 401(k) Plan

- 10 paid vacation days, 5 personal sick days, and 10 paid holidays

This role will be instrumental in driving new business development and fostering long-term relationships within the Residential Construction market. The successful candidate will manage the entire project sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development to order fulfillment and post-sale relationship management.
We are looking for a skilled professional with:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales within the residential construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of the residential construction market and project management
- Proven success in managing the full project sales cycle
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Skillful use of CRM (Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
