We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:

This role will be instrumental in driving new business development and fostering long-term relationships within the Residential Construction market. The successful candidate will manage the entire project sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development to order fulfillment and post-sale relationship management.

We are looking for a skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales within the residential construction or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of the residential construction market and project management
  • Proven success in managing the full project sales cycle
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skillful use of CRM (Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
