Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Groupe Dynamite. As a Retail Team Lead, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our stores by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers, and optimizing inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize inventory management, including shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
  • Manage the inventory and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards and directives.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist with training and development of sales associates.
  • Contribute to the management of the store's visual merchandising and display standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Loves to keep things organized; is a hands-on teammate who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
  • Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
