Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear objectives and goals for the IT Project Management Office.
  • Lead a team of employees responsible for program management, governance, performance reporting, compliance, and resource planning.
  • Support the lifecycle of complex programs, including project-level planning, optimization, and communication management.
  • Manage and implement PMO initiatives that impact all IT processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and work streams across a diverse organizational landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and governance processes.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to team members, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed to support all projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading successful direct reports and/or matrix program management teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
