About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Care at Home to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Care at Home program, ensuring it aligns with our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Care at Home program strategy, including setting goals and objectives, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the program is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of program initiatives, including process improvements and change management.
  • Manage and oversee the work of project/program team members, ensuring the coordination of internal and external resources.
  • Direct business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives, systems, and processes.
  • Monitor and take accountability for compliance of team work activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum four (4) years supervisory experience managing direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Seven (7) years experience consulting in a strategic capacity on highly complex or highly visible projects, programs, or initiatives.
  • Seven (7) years experience conducting Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and quantifying value of business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Kaiser Permanente Advanced Care at Home program.
  • Six (6) years experience implementing large or complex projects or programs, including designing and evaluating for scale based on the size of implementation.
  • Five (5) years experience in business analysis.
  • Four (4) years facilitating meetings with work teams or management.
  • Four (4) years healthcare experience.
  • Four (4) years finance experience.
  • Four (4) years experience delivering presentations to executive management.
  • Four (4) years experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Four (4) years project management experience.
  • Four (4) years data analytics experience.
  • Four (4) years experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Four (4) years experience in process improvement.
  • Four (4) years experience in change management.
  • Four (4) years experience working with collaboration software (e.g., Sharepoint, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Four (4) years experience in human centered design.
  • Four (4) years working directly with physicians.
Work Environment

The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
