About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at T-Mobile. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding the business through the analysis and communication of quantitative and qualitative data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business intelligence needs of the business by using data from various sources, including AWS Redshift, Azure, and Databricks.
  • Lead the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience and performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to drive business decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management.
  • Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, or a related field, or 4 years of related work experience.
  • 4 years of experience with data visualization and storytelling using Tableau.
  • 4 years of experience with performant querying of databases (SQL).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills to all levels of technical expertise.
