The PositionWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data-informed decision making across Spectora. As a key member of our Finance & Operations team, you will play a critical role in unlocking valuable insights about our customers and business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into Snowflake.
- Develop and manage Snowflake data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Create and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports in visualization tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS companies with large databases, preferably with newer Business Intelligence functions.
- Expertise in data engineering, advanced SQL querying, schema design, and enabling teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with BI tools Domo and/or Holistics.
- Ability to maintain and expand our data warehouse (Snowflake) to ensure it supports current and future analytics needs.
- Competitive salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year (US Only)
