As a Retail Sales Associate, you will serve as a vital representative of the Burlington brand, engaging directly with customers to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring the sales floor is tidy, organized, and presentable, and supporting the management team with daily store functions. You may be assigned to various departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Helping customers find products as needed

+ Assisting with merchandise placement, display upkeep, and store cleanliness

+ Operating cash registers and handling transactions

+ Completing additional tasks as directed by management
