Responsibilities:




  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner




  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment




  • Process layaways, returns, and exchanges, ensuring that all transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures




  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including restocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and participating in visual merchandising efforts




Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required




  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required




  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
