We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at VIRELLA. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, research new business opportunities, and supervise a small team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
- Train and develop new team members on our sales processes and systems.
- Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance using our CRM system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
