Lead the Way with VIRELLA

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at VIRELLA. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, research new business opportunities, and supervise a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Train and develop new team members on our sales processes and systems.
  • Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance using our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
