Job Summary

The Commercial Sales Associate III is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our commercial customers. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and efficient service to external and internal customers
  • Analyze transaction structures and provide customer service functions
  • Support Relationship Managers with loan closing and financial statement preparation
  • Process payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments
  • Support Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, and correspondence preparation
  • Prepare correspondence and provide administrative support
  • Act as the initial customer service contact and initiate customer research as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years related experience required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, and loan documentation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements

This role requires occasional domestic travel and continuous sedentary work. The ability to multitask and learn new tasks quickly is essential.
