The position of Sales and Service Professional involves providing exceptional support for commercial customers and financial operations, serving as the primary contact for Relationship Teams on specific accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong familiarity with commercial lending products, financial policies, and regulatory guidelines
  • Proficient in financial lending procedures and system operations
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Relationship Team systems
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly
