We are seeking a skilled Support Technician to join our team at Compucom.

This role involves providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) computer systems and peripherals as required
  • Stage and build systems, including printers and other equipment
  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing technical issues and concerns
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management
  • Follow company policies and procedures for asset management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business applications
  • iOS and Android knowledge
  • Printer support experience, including setup and installation
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, telecommunications, and computing
  • Walk-up and remote support service experience
