Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Staffmark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our enterprise customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective issue management, status updates, and resolution to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services to enterprise customers via phone, email, or remote access.
- Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support specialists as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and product releases.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Knox Manage MDM and other mobility products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
