Key Responsibilities

This role entails overseeing the operation and management of assigned poker games, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.

  • Distribute cards to players and manage shuffling in accordance with established protocols.
  • Announce winning hands to participants.
  • Ensure accurate collection of the house rake from winning pots.
  • Verify chip and cash balances at the start and conclusion of games, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Confirm that all wagers are placed prior to dealing cards.
  • Monitor gameplay and promptly report any disputes or issues to a supervisor.
  • Foster positive relationships with both Guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all gaming regulations and internal policies.
  • Exhibit a commitment to responsible gaming practices.
  • Uphold the company's values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
  • Report any illegal activities or ethical violations to management.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum of three to six months of experience in poker dealing or completion of a poker training program.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately calculate hand totals.
  • Demonstrate graceful and fluid dealing skills.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Thorough knowledge of all table games offered.
  • Successful completion of an audition on a live table is required.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
