Unit Coordinator: Residential North

Overview

Maryhaven, Central Ohio's largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our residential programs, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations and quality of services provided to our adult residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative supervision for the clinical team and carry an ongoing caseload of residents with direct service provision.
  • Track and report outcomes from the residential program, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Clinical Manager to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and/or homelessness.
  • Valid State of Ohio LSW/LPC/LCDC III or higher required.
