Job Summary

The Program Director, Residential Withdrawal Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our residential treatment facility, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, conducting regular meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor staffing levels and manage scheduling, participate in the hiring process as needed.
  • Provide guidance to achieve goals and objectives as outlined in the Program Service Plan.
  • Provide general and direct clinical supervision of supervisees as defined in the Ohio BH redesign.
  • Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required.
  • Assign caseloads, duties, and responsibilities, and monitor documentation for completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand the site budget and optimize resource utilization.
  • Create a platform for treatment team meetings.
  • Observe service delivery to ensure the standard of quality is maintained and delivered.
  • Oversight of inactive clients and the discharge process.
  • Provides clinical services such as individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining bed capacity requirements.
  • Ensure facility is appropriately staffed 24/7, respond to client issues and emergencies as needed outside of regular business hours.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active LISW, LPCC license.
  • At least 5 years progressively relevant experience.
  • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance.
  • Ability to pass BCI check, employment drug screen, and applicable compliance checks.
