The Lifestyle Communities team is experiencing a significant growth phase, and we are seeking skilled Residential Sales Specialists to cultivate and oversee leads, transforming them into opportunities, and guiding the sales contract process through to completion. In this role, you will assist in prospecting, managing deal flow, general office operations, and driving sales for the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide office management and administrative assistance, including file organization, document workflow, milestone tracking, and proactive communication with clients, customers, lenders, title companies, other real estate professionals, inspectors, etc.
  2. Engage with prospective homebuyers, establishing rapport and conducting consultative meetings.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
  4. Follow office procedures that ensure compliance within the modern residential real estate sector.
  5. Coordinate and collaborate with various parties involved in residential real estate transactions, including buyers, buyer agents, title agents, brokers, home inspectors, etc.
  6. Proactively prospect and follow up with leads, demonstrating the ability to schedule consultative meetings.
  7. Utilize relevant technology and systems to effectively manage marketing, lead management, and transaction processes.
  8. Perform additional project management tasks or general support as needed by real estate sales agents.
