Job Description

The Residential Program Coordinator provides victim-centered and trauma-informed direct services to survivors of human trafficking within a safe and supportive environment. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the residential program, ensuring a safe and healthy community living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative: Manage complex operational needs of the residential safe house, including logistics, program support, and policy implementation.
  • Coaching and Support: Foster a healthy and safe community living environment, assist clients in managing daily schedules, and provide support with life skills training and case management.
  • Client Care: Assess and respond to client crises and conflicts, document incidents and requests, and perform various administrative tasks related to documentation and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in scheduled house meetings, conference calls, and mandatory trainings, and assist in other special projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or equivalent combined experience.
  • Skills and Qualities: Mature, flexible, calm, supportive, and resilient with a positive outlook, organized, and able to handle administrative duties.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of trauma's impact, supportive or peer counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution techniques, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
