Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, conducting regular meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor staffing levels and manage scheduling, participating in the hiring process as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource utilization and achieve program goals.
  • Provide clinical services, including individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Ensure facility is appropriately staffed 24/7, responding to client issues and emergencies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active LISW, LPCC license.
  • At least 5 years of progressively relevant experience.
  • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance.
  • Ability to pass BCI check, employment drug screen, and applicable compliance checks.
