Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for hardware replacements on automated medication dispensing cabinets in healthcare environments nationwide.

  • Hardware replacements involve swapping out hard drives (training provided)
  • Site cleanup: submit and closeout all RMA's for project, return/dispose of all unused implementation materials

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong technical service background required
  • Experience with hardware break/fix (support, repair, replacement, disposal) required
  • Availability for national weekly travel required
  • Experience working in healthcare environments strongly desired
Key Responsibilities and Requirements

This technical specialist will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with specialists, consultants, project support managers, the account and appropriate personnel about project status, milestones and problems
  • Assisting whenever needed to ensure compliance and follow through
  • Install, configure, and support pharmaceutical hardware/software remotely or onsite after additional training
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software and communicate problems with appropriate stakeholders

  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except where prohibited by law
  • Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Be able to lift, push, pull, kneel, stoop, and bend frequently
  • Meet pay grade 19 requirements
