Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Validation Specialist to join our team at netPolarity. As a key member of our workforce procurement solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our server systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive hardware and software testing to identify functional issues and failures on server systems.
  • Build out new platforms, including installation of hardware and software to bring systems online and ready for testing.
  • Track inventory and status of equipment coming into the lab for the team.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Communicate test results and findings to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • AAS Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology or equivalent training and experience.
  • Strong background in computer hardware, software, and PC architecture.
  • Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems and Linux experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years with PC hardware and software validation.
  • PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills required.
  • Experience and technical expertise in PC hardware devices and motherboard architecture.
