A) Engage in sensitive discussions, guiding clients through difficult circumstances, and helping them navigate their legal journey with compassion and understanding. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that clients recognize the transformative impact of their choice to work with our firm.
B) Provide insightful and relevant responses to client inquiries, drawing from your extensive knowledge to offer clarity and reassurance. Although you are not their attorney, your expertise will help clients feel supported and informed throughout their legal process.
C) Facilitate a smooth transition for clients as they move forward with our firm, ensuring they have the necessary information and options to make informed decisions.

Compensation: $50,000 + Bonus structure will be discussed after 90 days.


Key Responsibilities


The primary focus of the Legal Client Intake Coordinator is to enhance the firm's client acquisition efforts by effectively screening and evaluating potential new clients (PNCs).

By thoroughly assessing PNCs, you will ensure that only qualified leads are scheduled for consultations with our attorneys, maximizing the potential for successful outcomes.

Your role is essential in streamlining the firm's client intake process and contributing to our overall success.


  • Organize documentation and perform data entry in our case management system to facilitate efficient onboarding of new clients and management of existing client files.
  • Assess inquiries and phone calls from prospective clients, ensuring they feel acknowledged and understood.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including email management, document organization, and research, to maintain optimal office efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of prospective client streams by collaborating with the marketing team on outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate attorney schedules, including consultations with prospective clients, to support caseload expansion.

Qualifications

Bilingual:
ENG/SPA is preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both eloquent and empathetic, are essential.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is highly valued.
  • Strong skills in data management and computer literacy are required.
