About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with a background in sports and a passion for physical activity. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, connect with students and foster positive learning experiences, and ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead students in physical activities and games that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Elevo's curriculum and goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging program
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to engage in physical activities with or without an accommodation
