Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Mentor and Lunch/Recess Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our comprehensive programs infused with social-emotional learning (SEL) to students in grades K-8.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our curriculum.
  • Engage students in sports, games, and other activities that promote physical activity and social-emotional learning.
  • Support students' behavioral management needs and provide a positive role model to build their self-esteem and emotional wellness.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Develop and lead outdoor lessons that increase excitement about learning.
Requirements
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
  • Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
  • Confident leadership and communication skills.
  • Approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to follow COVID-19 protocols.
